Spam Museum Tour MN

Destination:
Originally wanted to plan a trip to Wabasha, MN for lunch at Slippery’s Bar and Grill – but prices for hotels along that part of the Mississippi would have been $250 - $300 per night.  So changed it up – but it will still be a fun ride/adventure and learn all about the sizzle of Spam. “On days that end in ‘Y’, we end them with MMMM”.

Saturday:  We will be traveling through back roads to Albert Lea Minnesota (approximately 4 – 5 hour drive).  We will stop in Albert Lea for 2 to 3 hours to enjoy lunch on your own and shopping at Bergdale H-D.  For those collecting your Dealer Check In – you can get one more this year.  We are told they have an awesome apparel selection and always great sales.  We will all meet back at Bergdales (time to be decided upon arrival) – for a slow back road ride to Austin to check in to your Hotel to relax before we all decide on a place to eat dinner.

We could not find a hotel to block rooms.  Chris and Deb are staying at the Cobblestone Inn.  The hotels below are the ones in the area with the most rooms available however, feel free to reserve your room at any hotel you would like.
