H.O.G. Halloween Throwdown

A New Year, A New Halloween Adventure!

After several years of our Scavenger Hunt, we decided it was time to shake things up! We've had some great hunts over the years, but coming up with fresh and exciting challenges year after year has become a little trickier.

So this year, we're switching things up and bringing you a Halloween Bash filled with games, friendly competition, costumes, food, and fun!

🏆 Games, Games & More Games!

We're bringing in a 2 person team Cornhole (Bag) Tournament, along with a an individual Pepper Pong (ping pong) style tournament. 

Whether you're a serious competitor or just looking for a little fun and bragging rights, there will be opportunities to jump in and play. Games and competition details will be announced as we get closer to the event.

👻 Costume Contest Is BACK!

Costumes are not required, but they are highly encouraged! Pull out your creative side, get spooky, get silly, or go all out!

And of course, we'll be voting on BEST COSTUMES, so start thinking about your look early. The competition is FIERCE! 🎃

🍲 Dinner & Halloween Goodies

Come hungry! We'll have dinner prepared by Denise and Deb, along with snacks, desserts, and all the goodies to enjoy throughout the evening.

We're planning another cozy fall evening with good food, great company, and plenty of time to relax, catch up, and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere.

Bring your own beverages, and don't forget to bring lawn chairs for the fire pit. Since October evenings can get chilly, you may also want to bring blankets, scarves, mittens, beanies, and anything else to keep you warm. Denise and Greg will have the patio heaters ready to help keep everyone comfortable.

🕓 Event Timeline

4:00 p.m. — Appetizers served and the party begins!

5:00 p.m. — Games and competition kick off! Cornhole tournament and additional games.

Throughout the evening — Costume contest, games, door prizes, and plenty of Halloween fun!

Dinner Time — Enjoy dinner while we continue the festivities.

Door Prizes — Announced throughout the night!

Specific game details, tournament rules, and the final schedule will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Disclaimer:

Both members and non-members should check in with the road captain/event coordinator as soon as they arrive to the meeting location/event.  It is required that the non-member riders and passengers sign-in and sign the release waiver to participate in the chapter event.  Per our chapter charter, and for insurance reasons, we are required to have 1 more registered member over the guest count(i.e. 15 members and 14 guests) at an event.  In the event that we do not meet these guidelines the road captain or event coordinator will ask the last guest to sign in, who were not pre-registered on DSMHOG.COM, to not participate in this event.
